Just got my new ride alphas so my old bindings are now avaliable.
Flow amp5 bindings ('07/08season) great for beginner/intermediate boarders as they're good and fast to do up as well as consistent.
Weigh 1048g which is only 100g more than my new ones so they're good on weight but flex a bit as well. Black with grey bits, only been used for about 9days so still in brilliant condition. Size Med/large (approx UK8-10).
